A commercial lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in a diverse range of roles and sectors, Kaylene specialises in providing General Counsel and Company Secretarial services to companies on an outsourced basis.  With deep experience in legal, governance, commercial and non-profit advisory roles, Kaylene has unique insight into her clients’ business and needs.  Kaylene provides critical legal and governance services to companies that recognise the importance of obtaining high quality advice and the benefits of having an in-house advisor, but have a preference for a consulting engagement, rather than employing a part-time or full-time staff member in these roles.
